Experience with Gecko was pretty meh, and was less convenient then was expected First of all, the customer service was great and supported my issues of trying to get access to the vehicle However, my issues was down the structure of the service, after sending the agreement, money, security deposit and driver license You would think that would get you what you need. Process was so easy and very reasonably priced
Very easy to rent. Customer service is fantastic. All my questions were answered accurately and swiftly. This is my third rental through Go With The Gecko. I will definitely be renting from them again.
Recently moved from Prestons - Gecko made the process super easy. Thanks for taking the time to step me through insurance, whats covered etc etc. Took the stress out of moving with a truck, and couldn't recommend you guys enough.
