False economy. STAY AWAY. Very helpful at the start of the hire. Terrible at the end. The van was ok. Picking up the vehicle was fine. The fuel cap was jammed shut. Initially thought there must be a button but could not find it. There was no vehicle manual in the glove box. Checked the internet. No release button, tried again to open it but it was jammed. The best rental service by far. So cheap and such great service. Far more laid back and simple than any of the major rental companies. I wouldnt use anybody elae after this experience.
