No it's fine I actually wanted to spend $300 to sit on the side of the road. Booked online through the website which said I would receive an email to proceed with the book. No email arrived. Drove to Merrylands hoping to find the vehicle and/or someone to talk to and realised nowhere online does it say *where* the vehicles are located (ITS P5 ON THE ROOF BY THE WAY). Difficult location to find the vehicles have to pay additional parking fees to get your personal car out of the car park of the shopping centre excessive amount of time holding on the phone for any issues needed to be resolved.
Very well maintained vehicle easy and comfortable to drive customer service is also outstanding they helped with everything
