Need to ask for bond back every single time. If you forgot to ask then your money is gone
The van I hired had a flat battery and couldn’t be opened, I spend 20 min on hold to the help line before I was hung up on and then another 10 min with no answer. I eventually got through on the chat service only to be told that I couldn’t have the van I ordered and also couldn’t get a refund. Instead I was offered a van 30km away! I have now been promised a full refund, and have screenshots to prove this. I will update this review once I receive the refund. I will never use this service again
Great experience and pricing!
Excellent service price and location.. couldn’t rate more highly.. the wonders of modern day technology!
