Van was not fit for hire. Severe odour caused illness, multiple mechanical faults, and I couldn’t complete my move. Reported issue but only received a generic response with no resolution. Very disappointing and would not recommend.
This was a really poor experience. You changed my drop-off location without properly informing me, and I had to proactively contact customer service to confirm it again. Then you only told me “The Glen SC” without specifying which car park, and your Google Maps location was also incorrect. I ended up driving around the car park for almost an hour before I finally found the parking spot.
