Easy to deal. I was nervous of the remote locking/unlocking but the tech all worked perfectly!
This company took the van after the rental, drove for 1 hour and then said we owe kilometres up to that point. Have disputed fee and they say ti take them to court. The photo they sent clearly shows they have added kilometres to it. Ron is the person we dealt with and doesn't know what customer service is.
Great “100% digital” experience. Effective call support available for whoever needs it. Vehicle in good conditions. I won’t hesitate to use this service again in the future.
Does what it says on the box. Staff were helpful once i got to speak with a real person.
