I’ve hired a van on 3 separate occasions for 5 days at a time with Gecko and each booking has been incredibly easy, convenient and hassle free. I haven’t encountered one problem and I prefer using the app to arrange the booking as well as pick up and drop off. Only giving 4 stars as there are slightly cheaper alternatives out there and the USB port at times drops out and stops charging your phone even after switching cords.
Nikki was the most amazing customer service ever she went above and beyond and really saved my back side when I really needed it time after time she is an amazing person I wish there where more people and amazing woman like her in the world!!!’ Thanks again my friend Nikki and you will get plenty more business out of me and anyone that uses rentals
