Waiting for over an hour for my pickup. Driver should have stuck around!!not happy sitting in my wheelchair for a few hours straight. Driver is nice but this wait sucks!!
This company had weeks to book my ride and didn't get it done. They tried blaming the insurance company. They are straight out garbage.
Drivers just show show up once from five times. Once he canceled transportation for very important appointment. Their minivans does not safe and not equipped well for wheelchair people. Stay away from that company. If i could i get -5 to them.
