Outright Negligence, Bait-and-Switch, and Zero Accountability This is hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I rented a storage unit at Go Store It Self Storage (20 Garris Rd, Wilmington, NC 28403) and was assigned a 3rd-floor unit. When I arrived to move in, the elevator was completely broken.
