Amy has been able to help me so many times. I had hamstring issues for years and she helped me to understand that they were weak and overstretched. When I followed her plan of strengthening and not overstretching the pain went away.
Amy was very good at explaining and visually showing me all that was going on with my particular issue. The time and care taken to make sure that I understood was so helpful.
