Bad customer service, they're unprofessional.
Avoid at all costs
Company hires very dangerous drivers. I don't know how they can afford insurance
This was the company used by the UW Madison open house event as shuttles. The driver we had on the way back to our vehicle was so unprofessional and rude. He was beeping and yelling at other vehicles on the road, if anyone asked him a question his response was rude and dismissive, and he was blasting political radio while making comments about presidential candidates on bus full of potential students in what is supposed to be a professional setting. I would never want to get on a bus he was driving ever again.
