One of their drivers dropped my kindergartener off in Warner Park Feb 2020 his first (and last) day riding their bus. He was found thankfully quite quickly by a good Samaritan who called the police after finding him walking in the cold crying. He wasn't supposed to get off the bus there or anywhere without the driver verifying he was in the right place. I wasn't satisfied with the way the bus service responded- it is certainly not my fault that the driver was new to the route, even more reason to be attentive.
I called the Milton office today to discuss a safety concern I had regarding my son at the bus stop. They concern was a strange vehicle that was lurking around and took off as soon as I started running toward the bus stop. When I 1st called Wendy answered the phone who was just as rude as she always is. Anytime she picks up the phone she makes you feel like you are interrupting her day by calling. We had a company trip to the Brewers game on 7/23. Our driver Larry was great! He was timely and communicated extremely well throughout the day! Highly recommend them!
My children have not used this bussing service regularly but I have had a few exchanges with Eileen and she has been SO helpful, understanding and communicative. Really goes above and beyond in her customer service, thanks Eileen!!!
Car overheated from sitting behind one of your buses for 20 minutes while they just sat in the middle of the road for no reason blocking all traffic. Don't have retards drive your buses
