Very pleasant experience with my first time renting from rent a wreck. Didn’t know what to expect but the service and car quality exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. With their proximity to the airport and prices I will definitely be renting from them again. At the end we were happily surprised that they offered us a ride back to the airport as we were planning to Uber there.
Had a great experience working with Connor, was very accommodating and professional.
Marvin is very helpful! He saved the day. Very kind! Very patient. So nice to my kids. Got us a car in no time!
Go Rentals is THE premiere rental agency out of Reno. None of the BS that the other rental agencies try to pull (i.e. taking reservations and then running out of cars). Brian and Robert took exceptional care of me. 11 out of 10!
