Go Rentals is THE premiere rental agency out of Reno. None of the BS that the other rental agencies try to pull (i.e. taking reservations and then running out of cars). Brian and Robert took exceptional care of me. 11 out of 10!
Outstanding service. The second I entered Angela greeted me and immediately had my keys ready. Very grateful for a quick and smooth transition feeling. Once I returned my vehicle again, the quick greeting but this time Angela was with Brian. Both were Outstanding and once again provided good transition. Thank you to both! See you soon.
Smooth Pick Up, In-N-Out, Angela and Conor were awesome. Had no complaints, will definitely use the service again. Vehicle was new and clearly well maintained.
Naomi at the JSX Reno office is incredible. I was feeling very apprehensive driving my young kids over the snowy passes in the recent storms and she went above and beyond to put me in the safest car for the weather at a price I was comfortable with.
