I NEVER leave reviews but after my 2 experiences with Go Rentals and reading the past reviews I feel it is necessary. First experience 10/5/24 we rented an Escalade from Go @ Odyssey for a family trip, we noticed immediately that the vehicle had not been properly cleaned as there was some dirt on the floor and someone left makeup in the center console. The staff and service I received from the Go Rentals at Kissimmee airport was simply “outstanding.” The car was clean and delivered on time at my arrival. I couldn’t be happier and will DEFINITELY use this professional service again!!
We rented from Go Rentals in Kissimmee Fl. It was a bad experience. We left a wallet in the car and they called us within 2 hrs. of leaving the wallet. We paid for an over night return on the wallet that did NOT happen and their was cash in the wallet it was STOLEN from someone. GO employees were the only ones to have access to the wallet as they sealed the package and sent it out. They would not look at their cameras or would they stand behind it. I was quoted $199.99 per day for a suburban rental when I made the reservation days in advance. On the day of arrival we were not greeted with the vehicle on the ramp like we have been at the Naples location. We had to unload our own luggage and haul it into the Odyssey FBO. After waiting for awhile the Go Rental employee finally came in and acknowledged us.
