Left a pair of glasses in our rental SUV. I called them a few hours later. They confirm they had them - but didn't bother calling me. Just stuck them in the lost and found, even though they had my contact info. I sent them a next day ups label and prepaid the packaging. They assured me they'd go out on Monday. As of Wednesday night, UPS until hasn't received the package to ship. I spend $10-20k a year with this company. The other locations are solid, but this group is HORRIBLE. Taking my business elsewhere when in Orlando.
Tengan cuidado, rentè un carro por dos Días, diciendo a la hora que lo devolverìa, 2 horas más tarde demora de entrega y me cobraron el día completo 24 horas. Además me Jackearon mis documentos y tarjeta de Crédito, y mi cuenta de Banco. Eso esta en investigación por mi banco y policía federal.
I NEVER leave reviews but after my 2 experiences with Go Rentals and reading the past reviews I feel it is necessary. First experience 10/5/24 we rented an Escalade from Go @ Odyssey for a family trip, we noticed immediately that the vehicle had not been properly cleaned as there was some dirt on the floor and someone left makeup in the center console. The staff and service I received from the Go Rentals at Kissimmee airport was simply “outstanding.” The car was clean and delivered on time at my arrival. I couldn’t be happier and will DEFINITELY use this professional service again!!
We rented from Go Rentals in Kissimmee Fl. It was a bad experience. We left a wallet in the car and they called us within 2 hrs. of leaving the wallet. We paid for an over night return on the wallet that did NOT happen and their was cash in the wallet it was STOLEN from someone. GO employees were the only ones to have access to the wallet as they sealed the package and sent it out. They would not look at their cameras or would they stand behind it.
