Awful
Overall it was a great, seamless experience. My only complaint was the fuel charges. We were told it would be $12.99 a gallon if we didn't fuel the car, which is crazy, but ok. Unfortunately, they did not tell us that the car we were driving had a button to open the fuel door that was located inside the vehicle. We tried to fuel the car but couldn't get the fuel door open so we were stuck paying the $12.00 a gallon. It would have been nice if we were told that little tidbit of info when we received the car.
Exceptional customer service!!! The convenience and hospitality is unsurpassed. Picked up my car at the airport 20 feet away from the air jet. Colleen welcomed us and offered a brand new Jeep. Little to no hassle with paperwork (3 minutes) and you’re on your way. Very friendly and professional. You can be in contact with them anytime and they will help you resolve any issues you might have. All I can say this was the best rental experience I’ve ever had and would highly recommend.
