The representative there, Thomas. Absolutely helped me and my family get a car when a different company forgot to drop one off.. Guy drove to a different airport to get a clean car to accommodate my family.
Used a few times now. All new, low mileage, extremely clean cars that are not base level models.
Beware the cars are outrageously priced and there are hidden fees they do not tell you with the initial price up front!!
