Amazing service! Erick who helped us check the vehicle back in went above and beyond. He gave us a ride to the airport even though they were about to close. Everything about the rental experience was great! 100% recommend Go Rentals.
This company is a disaster. I rented a car for a week while at the Phoenician. A person picked up the car in perfect condition with a full tank of gas. A day later an individual left me a vm that there was a chip in the windshield. It wasn’t there when the car was picked up, and nothing was brought to my attention. The vm a day after leaving said they were checking to see if everyone was ok and no need to call back.
