We rented a Rav4 from here. Miguel was great at pick-up and Caleb was great at drop-off. The experience was so good we have rented again and Sasha was amazing helping us with that.
Amazing service! Erick who helped us check the vehicle back in went above and beyond. He gave us a ride to the airport even though they were about to close. Everything about the rental experience was great! 100% recommend Go Rentals.
This company is a disaster. I rented a car for a week while at the Phoenician. A person picked up the car in perfect condition with a full tank of gas. A day later an individual left me a vm that there was a chip in the windshield. It wasn’t there when the car was picked up, and nothing was brought to my attention. The vm a day after leaving said they were checking to see if everyone was ok and no need to call back.
