I fly through for business 3-4 times a year and the crew here is always a joy to work with. The cars are top quality, clean, no issues. Will continue to rent from them at every opportunity. 7-2-25 An update to my continued use of Go Rentals STS. Matt and his crew are always available to assist and help. I woke up this morning to a flat tire on my rental, Matt dispatched roadside assistance to me so they could put on the spare and then got me in an identical vehicle replacement to get me back to work. Always exceptional.
The whole team at Go Rentals was wonderful. We needed an insurance-provided rental after an accident, and they delivered right to us right away in Santa Rosa; they even went out of their way to pick the car up down in San Francisco. Highly, highly recommend them for service, professionalism, and quality.
Matt and the entire staff at Go Rentals have been fantastic. Matt has gone above and beyond to ensure all our requests were satisfied. We needed a long distance dropoff to a more remote location...DONE. We needed to ensure the GPS worked without connecting a phone or logging in...DONE. We wanted to ensure the vehicle was not nearing a maintenance date....DONE. Every detail was covered. We are happy to give Go Rentals our business.

Matt and Go Rentals is AMAZING! Great customer service. Plus they pick you up at the body shop with the rental. Which is a great option versus others where you have to be shuttled there.
