Rented a big suburban for my daughter‘s wedding to help transfer wedding gifts. The car choices and customer service was great. The regional manager, Joana, was very quick to respond to my questions and made it a great experience! Like with all rentals, make sure you decline optional waiver on the Docusign if you don’t want it.
We had the best car rental experience with Go Rentals in Bozeman. Our car was ready when we got there, it was clean and we walked past hundreds of people standing in line for the big car rental names! When we had questions or issues we got fast responses and returning the rental was as seamless as the pickup. This was a great customer service experience and Joana turned us into raving fans of this company!
I'm sorry but $650/day for an suv without snow tires for a rental in December is ridiculous! Our client complained and then they delivered a vehicle with snow tires then have the nerve to charge $100/day fee to have the snow tires on the vehicle... snow tires should be standard on all vehicles rented in the winter time (especially for safety purposes!)... These people are paying over $15,000 for a month rental. Rich customers or poor it's not right.
