I'm sorry but $650/day for an suv without snow tires for a rental in December is ridiculous! Our client complained and then they delivered a vehicle with snow tires then have the nerve to charge $100/day fee to have the snow tires on the vehicle... snow tires should be standard on all vehicles rented in the winter time (especially for safety purposes!)... These people are paying over $15,000 for a month rental. Rich customers or poor it's not right.
Beware!! We were charged a $350 “cleaning fee” for dusty floor mats after we rented a vehicle from Go Rentals for 4 days. The staff sent photos via text only AFTER I saw the charges on my card and called to ask why. Normal use and a simple vacuum and wipe down should be included in the rental if you ask me. Also, they said we had a chip in the windshield. I have no way to prove we didn’t do it, but we never heard a rock hit the windshield. Hands down the best Rental experience I’ve ever had. After setting reservation and arriving In Bozeman I had a text asking me to simply call/text them when I got to baggage claim. I followed the instructions and they drove up my rental to curbside right outside within 2 minutes with the car - clean and ready to go. two initials and one signature later - less than 30 seconds - and my family and I were on our way.
