My friend and I rented at Go Rentals and they had wonderful customer service. They answered all my concerns and questions and made renting easy. I had worked with Alyssa and she was accommodating when I asked for another day. I would definitely use them again in the future.
The regional director is the reason I can't and won't go through them again. The complete lack of professionalism is terrifying with that one.
I am so pleased with my experience at Go Rentals Seattle. Both of the staff members I worked with were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We also have an airplane management company.
