We rented a car from Fairmont Scottsdale Prince. Besides charging $130 for Toyota Camry per day plus extra for a car seat, they also charged us for us insurance which we declined but they charged anyways. The car itself was clean worked fine.
Aside from the fact they left a woman on our flight stranded and crying with a young daughter on arrival, we found they overcharged our card when we arrrived home. We left the car cleaner than we got it and filled it up at the airport when we dropped it off at 4am. They just plain ripped us off....
IMPORTANT UNDERSTANDING REGARDING GO RENTALS BELOW... But first, I had a terrific experience with GR -- which I relate below. The important understanding I can provide is that Go Rentals specializes in private aviation. They are generally located at suburban airports where private planes (all the way from a small Cessna up to a larger private jet) come and go frequently. If you compare GR to Hertz, Enterprise, we're talking apples and oranges. You won't get cut-rate pricing from GR, like you might get from typical retail org... read more
Very happy with my experience both when I picked up and dropped off the vehicle. Stayed late to help us out in a time crunch and the manager gave us a ride to the airport afterward. Thanks.
I flew private and received excellent service. The car was waiting for me when I stepped off my aircraft and they did a terrific job and even left waters in the car!
