Phenomenal customer service. Had an issue arise and the company had someone drive an hour and a half to bring us a new vehicle and make it right. Highly recommended.
A real scam, they took the double of what they say on my credit car , a bunch of thieves
Great service and makes things easy. Beware though, you'll get a quote that leaves out hidden fees. Ask them for a full quote or you may find yourself paying double what you are expecting.
My experience with getting the rental itself was fine. However, on a windy day while the rental was parked on driveway, my sons basketball hoop fell on the hood. It made a dent so I called GoRentals to let them know and it took a good two months or so to get a bill from the first call I made to them. The bill came back at $2,196 for the small dent.
