Confirmed with us for a removal and took our deposit and then told us on the day that the removal was unconfirmed and that they weren't coming

Do not recommend Steve at all. Had to chase him up numerous times to make sure my removal was confirmed, after the removal when I got slugged extra for another unneeded worker I called at least 5 times to get a invoice and never received one. Don't use these guys!

The guys did the job so well I had to pass on how happy we were with the service. They were fast and careful, working together really well with the difficult items and making it look easy. They are great communicators and checked with us regularly about what needed to go into the truck, where items needed to go at the destination, and if we needed help moving things around. Will definitely recommend GO to others.
