Excellent to work with, Alisha was extremely helpful. Very good customer service, very good at solving any problems as they arose, if the direct contact didn't know the answer they would work above them to find out the answer and always returned with a proper answer in a very reasonable amount of time. When a paperwork issue arose Alisha worked diligently to solve it, which she was able to do (The issue was not with GoRascal nor Alisha).
Alan Schtein is amazing to work with. He will do everything he can to get a deal done. I look forward to working with him in the future.
