Placed an order a little after 7pm. Order isn’t showing in process after 45 minutes and tried to cancel. No customer service, no refund if I cancel. My order showed up at 10pm. I had already went out & purchased the order myself by then. Will never use this service again. I would give 0 stars if it would allow.

I have ordered for two days straight and it seems there are no drivers available based on 2+ hours of delivery time and no text message notifications or push notifications. So, I pay my money upfront and then a few hours later I have to cancel and get my refund. Why the app cannot tell you that your local Go Puff is closed or not is insane. Worst delivery service ever. Never use this company.
