Last year I contacted them about buying chestnut trees and I was told they'd call me when they were ready to be picked up and it's been a year since then! I've tried contacting them and nothing. I've call, emailed, NOTHING. Terrible company. Would not recommend, that is if you could ever get a hold of someone that is.
RecommendedThey have many varieties and are user friendly - order by email with quick response times and go pick em up. Nice specimens!
I got a mail delivery last fall 2019 , I received 3 of the shrubs and 1 was backed ordered . It’s April 2020 and I can’t get my shrub delivered , they haven’t returned my emails or phone call !! Maybe pick up is better but don’t have them deliver your plants !
Native tree farm with the largest selection of woody native plants I’ve seen.
Unresponsive, bad quality trees and poor customer service - these are the words I would use to describe this farm. They gave us poor quality trees at the time of delivery (almost dead on arrival) and refused to rectify the issue and completely went silent. If you want poor quality clearance trees with bad customer service then use them

We spent almost $300 in plants last October, this year 7 plants out the bunch we got are dead/ not doing so well.. I have contacted the owner I said to email him which I did few times early spring and no reply.. on my own experience I won’t recommend this place for plants.. other nurseries will replace your plants with no problem!

Go Native Tree Farm has been a "go to" resource for our restoration plantings in Alexandria, VA. I am so glad that someone cares to grow the less commercially available native species, to include hickories! They are terrific people to work with, too.
