Writing this review on behalf of my sister who hired these folks to move her. Broke the TV. Called left a message regarding it, no response, laid it face down to make sure we didn’t see! Super slow as well. AVOID! Do not give your money or business to this place.
Unfortunately, we worked with them before and had a great experience so we thought we'd be able to rely on them again. We set up another appointment with them and they bailed on us 30 min after the set timing. They didn't even reach out to tell us, I had to call and text. I had to look up other companies starting at 11:30 AM, when moving companies already have a booked schedule. Thankfully, we found another company who helped us right away.
After the smoke settled I decided to leave my review after reaching no resolution. To start I was quoted 6-7 hours and took them almost 14 hours and left the job in my opinion(and my family’s) very unfinished. A $1,000 job turned into an over $2,000 job and nothing besides the furniture was placed correctly. Wash dryer was swapped and not hooked up, and most of my items were THROWN together in piles in my garage. No boxes were placed in the correct rooms all stacked together.
