Our Go Mini's of Houston driver Richard was prompt, informative, and extremely professional. I have never rented a POD before and he took the time to answered all my questions and helped determine best placement of our POD. I would highly recommend Go Mini's of Houston.
Richard G Jr was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and was on time. So far this whole process has been perfect. We’ve had 4 very professional and kind encounters with Richard. He happened to be the same person the dropped off my pods to the new house. And picked up the empty pods. Each time he was pleasantly impressive. Miles Towns dropped off one of the pods nd was also very professional. He went out of his way to help me open one of the doors, that wa blocked by a fallen box. Thank you!
Driver was courteous and detailed with security information and followed instructions per request. Very satisfied with drop off mini storage!!!!!
Miles Towns delivered and set up a portable fridge for our FIFA event and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was patient, took the time to position the fridge exactly where we needed it, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Great attitude, went above and beyond, and provided excellent customer service.
Cannot overstate this enough: delivery was expertly executed with precision and a smile. These guys are peak!
