GoMart , Maple Fork Road, horrible treatment by Clerks. Was there yesterday, the clerks/cashiers were both rude to customers. Talked to the customer in front of me terribly rude and to me the same way. I was on the phone calling GoMart Corporate when the store manager came to my car window to try and smooth over the problem. She said the cashier would apologize and that she was new. Our manager resolved this issue at the time it occurred. The cashier had closed her drawer for the shift and they are not supposed to use other clerks registers. The employee has been documented for the attitude and we feel this issue was resolved in an acceptable and timely manner.
On our drive through WV we stopped at the Birch River location to fill up and use the restroom to change our 2 babies. This location has zero accommodations for infants/toddlers. We ended up changing them on a table because there was no other place to change them. It’s 2024, how are there still businesses that are open to the public and have public restrooms but no changing table?

We apologize for this inconvenience. Our operations department will be looking into adding changing tables in stores that don't' currently have them.
Selling defective/ burnt **** vape pods. Will not take returns in store after selling defective products after they were opened in store in front of clerk. DON NOT BUY ****FROM GO MART!

The retailer has no responsibility to replace these pods under the circumstances listed. Customer can call the 800 number for ***and will get a full refund as well as coupons for free product.
Very rude manager there names Aaron cussed out an employee in front of customers told her get out take her trash and leave this was at the Nelsonville Gomart.
The last month or so at the Go Mart in south Charleston a lady named Seria has been rude to my kids .. I have spoke with management as well and seem nothing has gotten said. It is very unprofessional for her to speak to anyone the manner she does.. She has used profanity towards them and other customers as well. If she doesn't like customers maybe she needs another profession..
Went into gomart this morning got ided witch was not a problem. Went to my car got my id came back in the cashier was disrespectful/condescending when i showed her my id and asked for 2 packs of cigarettes like it was beneath her to serve me. Idk what her problem was she obviously worked the graveyard shift and was about to get off. Idk if it was a bad day or what but customer service is key in any business but she had no courtesy to her and that is disappointing at best.
