Extremely poor customer service. I placed an order on 6-8-20 of 14 parts. I recieved only 2 of them. I have emailed them 3 times, with no response, and called once. I was basically being told that the parts missing was my problem. And that their warehouse staff don't make mistakes. Needless to say, I now have to buy the items again........ but it won't be from here.
We ordered over a month ago and have still not received our order. Customer service keeps telling us “ it will be there by Friday”, “we are going to the warehouse right now and will email you within the hour tracking info”.... blah blah blah. It’s been a month and still nothing.
