somehow got almost all our order wrong despite filling out the form with staff at the store and order was delayed by 3 months
This place is disrespectful in every way how they communicate, how they work. They told me my order would be done by a certain time they didn’t go by that. They messed up a couple of my items and think it’s something ok to do . They try to hide the fact they mess up, and don’t message you to follow up to keep the order going and they go by what they feel. Oh and not to mention you have to put a deposit for your items even though they can’t get the order right.
Horrible company, got the order wrong. They were glad to take the money, but won't respond when refund is requested. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.Lied about send out item for 2.5 weeks. Buyer beware!!! .
If I could give them no stars I would. I was in charge of ordering shirts for the company I work for and placed an order including a few different styles and colors of shirts with the same design on all of them. We were told the shirts were done two weeks later and we went to go pick them up, however the order was wrong because they used the wrong t-shirt style.
