Worst customer service ever,made me waited for 20 minutes because the concierge didn’t know how to redeem the certificate.Will never come here again.Wasted my time and money
I went yesterday to get a massage. Little did i know, the massage was pretty bad. I wished for a relax massage but, the lady was pressing too hard. I said it hurts but still kept going. She was just pushing my back so bad. She heard me getting hurt couple of times and still kepy going. Secondly, she was rushing to finish the massage and i did not feel any good, not at all. Had a great experience with the staff and the therapist (Jenny I think was the name). Staff are friendly and the therapist was really accommodating for my needs. Place is also very clean. Highly recommend
