Facilities and professionals are exceptional but management is extremely poor: same experience as previous review: allied health reports and scan results not sent, unresponsive to reminders and necessitating escalation to complaints: causing costly treatment delays everywhere. Thrive Medical need a shake-up and are worthy to be investigated by Fair Trading or the Health Care Complaints Commission as Medical and Allied Health Reports are a vital resource in treatment selection and withholding them is gross negligence.
I was in town for a couple of nights and came across Thrive’s gym. I joined a free membership and booked a class early one morning. Shae was very welcoming and the gym has a great range of modern equipment. Highly recommend!
