Pathology staff are unfriendly. Obviously been there too long.
Brittany who takes care of the radiology appts, really rude to dea with. No people skills. Not something you want to deal with in the medical area.

My partner had an MRI in December 2023. Thrive was meant to send MRI to the hospital on the day. Goes to optometry appointment at hospital 16th of January. Still hadn’t sent the results. Had to be called and hounded for the results. The results showed a god damn brain tumor! Go back in for a second MRI to monitor how much it had grown. Go to hospital to get results and treatment plan and still they had to be chased for results once again! Insanity!
