Make it make sense - Why have a physical location but send people to online loan department where you can never reach the rep??? They will run your credit then never pick up the phone unless you complain and elevate. Wish I knew that before you ran my perfect credit....

Just recently used GO Energy, and I must say my experience was the best ever. Nikki Spears handled my business and she was the most professional, effective, efficient and nicest person. She did everything with style and grace making sure I was happy with the service. She deserves 10 stars.
There is never a time that I visit my Credit Union and I don't feel welcomed by polite and caring representatives. On my most recent visit, I was greeted by Brendan who immediately welcomed me and asked if there was anything I needed that he could assist me with. With customer service, too often it is not what you say, it is how you say it and the actions that follow. Kudos to Brendan, his manager and the team at Go Energy Credit Union!
