Do not go with this company worst experience ive ever had in the middle of my loan they changed my payment date ended up faulting on a few payments in owing them more money and they fully change the payment date without me knowing. Very poor customer service. Off the paying my loan off completely they said they would be closing my account which they never did and then charged me more interest on top. I'm struggling so much with my car loan but I have 6k owning left but have payed well over what my car is worth they should look into maybe clearing the rest of my loan off. My car is not drivable because I'm unable to keep up with maintenance and the car loan. Honestly my 18k car loan has cost me to 32k loan. And also needs to stop calling then proceed to put me on hold once I answer !
