I was a Go Car Finance customer from 2022 to 2025. I entered into a high-interest loan with additional insurance add-ons I didn’t fully understand at the time. Over the course of my loan, I paid over $13,500 but still had over $16,000 owing due to fees and interest even after hardship periods where I was unwell and unemployed. Worst experience. I’ve called so many times on behalf. My sister authorised me through email as she lives in Australia. And they couldn’t find it. And I have paid off the loan on behalf of my sister and brother in-law and this company is taking forever to process it. Like isn’t it good that it is paid for? You’s need to do your job properly. Monday I will go into the centre myself. Ask to transfer my money back. I’ve never been such an upset customer before. It’s been a whole week since I’ve done this
The worst experience EVER! Please avoid Go CAR FINANCE at all costs! They do not help, they have the worst agents ever. I was speaking to agent name Jai and I could barely understand anything she said, it was like talking to a 12yr old girl, you ask her a question she will just put you on hold. Its a Nightmare talking to these Indian agents total nightmare. Also their interest rates will chew you up. Never ever recommend Go Car Finance.
