I am writing this to complaint about an extrememly unprofessional, inhumane and rude bus driver. My elderly Mother and Father took the bus today 5/23/2024 from Manhattan to Vienna/Fairfax (6846 Ny to Vienna/Fairfax 4:30pm bus). They missed their 3:30pm bus and requested the 4:30pm bus driver to please accomadate them in his bus. 리뷰가 너무 안좋아서 걱정했는데 너무 괜찮았던 탑승기!첨엔 10분정도 늦길래 조금 후회했지만,,기사님께서 늦은 이유도 알려주시고,친절하셨고, 이틀전 운전하신 기사님 엄청 완전!!베스트 드라이버!!! 안밀리면 3시간 40분이지만, 링컨터널에서 40분정도 걸려서 4시간 30분 정도 탑승했어요! 그리고 다시 돌아올때는 진짜 3시간 40분!!만에 더착!버스도 크고 깨끗하고,버스 타는 위치도 30번가라 구경하며 숙소가기 편하고! 앞으로 뉴욕갈땐 고버스 이용하면 될것같아요!너무 만족합니다

Don’t expect to arrive on time at your destination. They lie about how long the bus ride is to trick people into buying tickets. Expect to be on the bus for at least an hour more than advertised even if there’s no traffic.
