I have always driven when I traveled from New York to the south. My family and I love to take road trips. My daughter in law and my son told me about this bus I could take to visit them and guve myself a break frkm having to drive solo so much with 2 people with disabilities. I have taken a few bus trips with this company with my 85 year old mother and my teen son with special needs. Our first couple of trips were great. Took it from Tyson’s, VA to NYC. Bus was late..there’s no customer service number on the website. When I found a number on the internet, no one picked up and it hung up on me instead of allowing to wait. It’s some sort of fake voice mail thing. When the driver came, he was crummy. Started driving literally wile 10 people were still looking for seats. Temperature inside the bus was sweltering and I don’t think AC was on, just sir circulation fan. I asked him to turn AC on and he started yelling. Terrible experience.
Horrible do not ride this bus no ac in the summer is brutal
