It was a late night pick up. Driver shows no sign or tiring and we had good conversation while driving to my hotel. Sure I will use your service again when I visit Boston.

Had a few hiccups arriving early due to a sudden flight change, that was not an issue for Go Boston Shuttle. after a few calls and texts a driver was sent to pick me up earlier than planned and drop me at my chosen hotel... Used this company twice before and they have been great...

We booked this service on the basis of good online reviews. What a mistake. Inbound to Boston our plane was held on the tarmac for 40 minutes - I texted the company to explain and also told them we would have to complete US immigration, which can be time-consuming. By the time we arrived at the pickup point our driver had disappeared. Wifi at the airport is terrible so we struggled to contact Despatch. But for the kindness of a driver with another company we would probably still be waiting. Too stressful after a long transat... read more

Go Boston Shuttle has to be the best service in Boston and the Boston area by far. Very friendly drivers and dispatchers and picked us up on time.
