Dr. Cohen is very disorganized along with his office manager. They both seem to not have a clue as to what is going on at all. None of his or her procedures are or seem honest - from hiring interns, job postings, and merger ideas. Dr. Cohen feels like he can curse in front of his patients and take on a more personal approach with them when in the office - not appropriate for a doctor to be getting on a highly personal level with patients.
