Contacted about a bike I saw on their website. Was ready to buy either cash or finance. Interest rate their finance company gave was high, fair enough not their fault, so I ask for a final cash price by email from the finance guy - no email. Call back and speak to the salesperson and ask for same. No email. Radio silence since, do you not want to sell bikes?

Curtis sent me regular updates on the status of my order and sent me a photo of the crate the second it hit the ground in Scottsdale.
