I was amazed to learn how mental and emotional pain contribute to physical pain. Garrett is phenomenal!!! He truly took his time to get to know me, my concerns, and how I work in order to develop a plan to set me up for success. Definitely worth it! Garrett blew my mind multiple times and has me thinking about my body and habits in a way I never had before.
Garrett is a healer. In just a few sessions he helped to bring my pain level down from a 9 To a 2 this allowed me to go off all pain medication. That was huge! I do think because Garrett cares so much about his clients and is so passionate about the works he does ,adds to his great success.
