If you have a rainbow vac GNC vac is the place to go to get it serviced. If need new parts? He got it! If he doesn't he'll order :) I'm very pleased with what I had done. Cleaning of my unit and some new parts. I'm very happy camper. My unit works better than before. Will continue to go in the future for shure.
Have a rainbow vacuum I had been needing service on for a long time and finally went to GNC after seeing them years ago. So happy I went there. The owner is very knowledgeable and passionate about rainbow products and this made me feel comfortable having this "investment" taken care of there. Service was quick and my unit runs like new ( 14 years old). They will have my business going forward for sure!
Changed my vacuum belt less than 8 mins, fair prices, has a variety of vacuum accessories, very nice owner!

Update:. GNC Vacs probably will mislead that this is a fraudulent review, but actually this really happened in this store in the past few days. I wish I could negative stars. I’m not sure why only most positive reviews appear here, because my experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff were rude and disrespectful, openly mocking customers — especially foreigners, children, or women.
