Everyone is friendly and they alway help me when i need help.
If I could give this bank 0 stars, I would. They'll give you a loan but when you want to take the loan to a different bank the loan officer at this branch with refuse to reply to requests for payoff amount to the point of having to go to the lamar branch to get the requested information. Paid the loan off, 3 months later it shows back up saying that we still owe the entire loan and the loan officer at eads says he legally doesn't have to remove the loan even though it's paid off.
