Went there to ask question about my auto pay loan. Talked to a very rude lady named Kim. Do not deal with her. Very rude facial expressions, either very lazy or she doesn't know her job very well. Very very disappointed that I have a loan with this bank.

Came in to the main branch today and deposited a check, a bunch of crazy holds were placed on it and I’ve had checks cleared for way more right away. I also asked for my account balance and the lady was rude and just said it’s low and wouldn’t tell me and then gave me my stuff to leave. I know, for a fact, these holds can be wavered and they don’t wanna do it.
