Good people to work with and always friendly
I would give 1 star but it won't let me. This institution only cares about money they made thousands off me for years and I get into financial issues due to covid and miss a couple weeks and they cut my service. Now won't open up an account. Do not go thru them.

I strongly recommend banking elsewhere in Iowa Falls. I originally setup a checking account 10 years ago with Ackley State Bank (now GNB Bank) and had no problems until a few years ago. First, I noticed some sudden fees being charged to my account. I contacted the bank and the bank manager at the time apologized and settled the issue. A year later, the same fees appeared.
