I would have loved to leave a great review for this company, but unfortunately we were very disappointed by an unexpected $172.50 charge. I only discovered the charge when reviewing my Visa statement. When I contacted the company, I was told that the right rear seatbelt had become tangled inside the roller and that they had taken the vehicle to a body shop to remove the interior trim, untangle and realign the seatbelt, and reinstall the trim. Gerald is a kind, reliable and genuine person. When I rented the car and it made some weird sound, he came same day to rectify the issue and help us fix it. Great service and very responsive too.
