Location is in the cut, not a very good area and a little hard to find if it is your first time. I was super excited when I found out there was a grooming supply store near me but I've come here many times and they never have what I'm looking for. There isn't a very wide selection of supplies and the service is not the best either. The owners do not greet customers nor help them find what they need. I'll just stick to ordering my supplies online.
This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve ordered tags from this company. Once again I have received tags with exceptional engraving, quality design/ structure and FAST service. I will be a repeat customer for life!
This company deserves no stars. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. Ordered a product from this company no confirmation that they received the order. After waiting for two weeks ordered the product through another company, confirmation was emailed within minutes. Product was received from a third party within a week or so. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Tried to order replacement cables for Double K clippers. Paid for priority shipping. They processed my card amount immediately but NEVER RECEIVED a shipping tracking number or what I ordered. Tried contacting by email twice with NO RESPONSE. Tried calling and got hung up on. Luckily, paid by PayPal so hope to get a refund. I am highly suspect that this is a fake website scam.
Hello Manager! I came exclusively from Ft. Lauderdale to your store to buy some items but the place was closed at 12:30 PM on a weekday. You have to take your business seriously, otherwise you're going to lose many customers. Is not your service hours from 10AM to 6PM?? Also, your telephone number doesn't work... Amazing Experience!
