Returned items months ago. Never received a credit for the returns although it was stated on the return to refund the money for the return. Recieved an invoice for items we purchased but the credit was not entered. Not the first encounter with this issue. Had to get tough just to get the credit. Back and forth emails for months saying they will talk to the owner with no results. Rude office manager. Accusing ME of being rude. Doesnt take responsibility or ownership.
