I did not like the way I was treated. You gave me a quote I never asked for, and when I tried to bargain, you laughed at me like I was a joke. That is not how anyone should be treated. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of respect and professionalism. This experience has left a very negative impression. I am this review on Google to share my experience publicly. Being disrespectful won't get you any respect. I expect a sincere apology for the way I was treated.

Beware, GMoves do not appear to be a professional removals service as they advertise themselves to be. In fact, I get the impression they just broker out work to different people-with-van outfits. The movers themselves were all very polite and appeared helpful, including George on the phone who was managing the move, however I was very disappointed with the service overall, but in particular the Full Packing Service I was charged an extra £750 for - I was unable to complete the packing due to short-notice moving date, work p... read more

I used GMoves for my move on the 17th July. They turned up on time and were super friendly and very efficient! There was a little delay with getting the keys to the new property which was no problem for them. They were extremely reliable and very cost effective, would certainly use them again if I ever move again and recommend. Updated: just used them again for now the 3rd time!! Highly recommend.
