This is our third time using John as our broker, he and Lindsey always make it extremely easy and hassle-free, they keep us updated with the process and are always willing to answer any questions. Our plan is for this to be our forever home but if we find ourselves in the market again we will definitely go back to John and gmfs.
GMFS is a wonderful local mortgage lender. Their level of communication is a breath of fresh air compared to others and they work very hard to make the process as quick and painless as possible. I’ll be calling them first in the future!
